Interior

The house is 70 sq.m. and consists of 3 bedrooms with a view at the beach. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the third a single bed.

There is also a naturally illuminated living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and one WC.

Exterior

The eastern paved yard is a natural continuation of the villa and is right beside the garden.

At the pergola area, stands a large wooden table with comfy chairs, where you can have fun doing BBQ, rest after your swimming time, enjoy the beautiful sunset or relax during the night.

There is also a private parking garage at the entrance, enough for at least two cars.
